Grey Water Management

This is a good way of reusing the waste water from your baths and washbasins to flush your toilets. There are a variety of systems on the market, but most involve a pump to re-direct the ‘dirty’ water, a filter to clean it up and a ball and valve device to top-up with mains water when there is not enough grey. The type of system most suitable for your home will depend on the way in which your water is currently plumbed in, your household needs and, of course, how much money you want to spend.
