What We Do

We provide a total service from an initial home energy audit and consultation, through to installation and ongoing maintenance. We offer real solutions regardless of scale, for example, our engineers’ stock includes low energy lighting and many other easily employed energy saving devices that we’ll be happy to fit for you.

Because our engineers are multi-skilled we can also look at your whole central heating system and advise on how everything from changing your heating controls to upgrading to an A-rated boiler can affect your running costs and emissions.

If you want to produce your own energy supply, we offer a total design and installation package including solar thermal , photovoltaics, ground source heat pumps, domestic wind, grey water management and rainwater harvesting. Basically, everything you need to clean up your act.

Our approach is simple. We aim to de-mystify the world of green energy and surrounding regulation and help people achieve their energy goals. And because we’re totally independent, our clients can be sure we’ll recommend a solution that’s tailored to their needs not those of a particular manufacturer.

Domestic wind (often called micro-wind)

For hundreds of years wind mills ensured that wind energy was the most common form of renewable energy in England. It is only very recently that small scale wind turbines suitable for an urban home have been available. We think that the technology still has a little further to go and are looking forward to the introduction of vertical wind turbines which are more efficient in urban environments.
