Insulation is the most effective way of reducing the energy requirement to heat a home. Many different types of insulation are available to suit different construction types and generally speaking, the higher the performance (less space used to provide required level of insulation) and the more environmentally friendly the product, the more expensive it is.

Basic insulation types are provided very cost-effectively by the big six utility companies who are required by government Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT) regulations to reduce their carbon emissions by paying for home insulation. All home owners and tenants will qualify for some assistance.

We supply and install insulation for customers who have a requirement for products or situations not covered by these schemes, for example high performance insulation with minimal internal space loss for townhouses with a solid brick wall construction.
